At EDMWatches, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and the original invoice are included.

Products returned without original packaging or with signs of use may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.
  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective).
  • Items missing accessories or the original invoice.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short video (if applicable)

Our support team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support.
  2. Share your Order ID.
  3. Explain the reason for the return.
  4. Provide supporting images or videos.
  5. Wait for return approval.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI after verification.

6. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.

Replacement depends on product availability.

If the same item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store Credit
  • Alternative Product
  • Full Refund

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, contact customer support immediately.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of:

  • Wrong Product
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Damaged Product

EDMWatches will bear the return shipping charges.

If the customer wishes to return a product for any other eligible reason, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Refund Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided.
  • Delivery refused by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by improper use.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Missing original accessories.
  • Requests made after the return period.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your payment provider.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you still have not received your refund after the expected period, please contact our support team.

11. Warranty

Some products sold by EDMWatches include a limited manufacturer or seller warranty.

Warranty coverage varies depending on the product.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Water damage (unless specifically advertised as waterproof)
  • Physical damage
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
